Marketing Specialist
Job duties:
- Advise the management on advertising or sales promotion strategies;
- Assess characteristics of products to be promoted and advise on the advertising needs of the company;
- Develop and implement advertising campaigns appropriate for print or electronic media;
- Gather, research and prepare communications material for the target audience;
- Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key customers;
- Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, presentations, press releases.
Requirements:
• Education: A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications.
• Work experience: minimum 2 years of proven working experience in marketing.
Help Desk Specialist
Job duties:
- Answer enquiries from customers and provide information about the product;
- Take customer orders for the products;
- Investigate complaints regarding the company’s product;
- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues;
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support;
- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources;
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations.
Requirements:
• Education: Completion of some college or other post-secondary programs.
• Work experience: minimum 1 year of proven working experience in providing Help Desk support.
