 Islam is a LightXing founder and CEO, overseeing ongoing business development and persistent efforts into emerging markets. He has over 20 years of exceptional track record in Architecture, Design and Construction, working on multimillion dollars projects. He is an empowering leader with a strong work ethic. Islam holds a Master's Degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor's in Architectural Engineering. 

 Sami is a COO of the LightXing project. He is a successful operational executive with 23 years of construction management experience and large-scale projects of varied nature and infrastructure projects. He has proven expertise and knowledge in all construction management phases with exceptional success in contract negotiations, team leading and project strategies. Sami holds a Master's Degree in Construction Management, Department of Civil Engineering. 

 Ali is an experienced CTO leading a technical division effectively utilizing previous experiences and knowledge in the operation and management of road furniture items. He has approximately 20 years of experience in the road construction industry and gained his ability to bridge the manufacture and customer. Ali graduated from the University of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. 

 Rafik is a Director, Project Management. He is an expert at coordinating and supervising teams to maximize production and deliver excellent results. He is proficient in setting the project team's vision and ensuring each stage is completed timely from conception to implementation. He was engaged in managing the production of road furniture products, as well as the signs structures. Rafik graduated from the University of Bagdad with a Bachelor's Degree in Geology.
